Our client has a fast growing reputation for bold thinking, innovation, customer service and high performance. Owning and managing over 9000 properties in the beautiful southwest of England they are one of the leaders in developing and delivering affordable homes to rent and buy across the region, from Devon to Sedgemoor.
Following a review of their senior management structure they have created a new post to drive the organisation forward and to increase their operational effectiveness and efficiency. They are looking for a dynamic and strategic thinking person to lead and manage their repairs and maintenance service; to help shape the business and deliver excellent levels of customer service and upper quartile performance.
You must be able to demonstrate experience and success in managing and leading a team of operational staff in the delivery or responsive, planned and cyclical maintenance ideally within a social housing sector. You also must be capable of inspiring and leading a team to deliver value for money, continuous improvement and high customer satisfaction.
