We are currently looking to recruit a
Receptionist Administrator, Swarcliffe, Leeds
Salary: £17,961 p.a.; 35 hours per week
12 month fixed term contract
You will provide a professional and efficient reception service at the Swarcliffe Neighbourhood Office and assist with general administrative tasks.
You will be expected to:
· Receive and deal courteously and professionally with all callers and visitors
· Book repair appointments for customers using the IT based diary.
· Undertake other administrative duties such as dealing with incoming and outgoing post, typing, photocopying, filing, banking etc.
· Monitor the letting of garages and control garage rent arrears, maintain a waiting list, refer empty garages to surveyors for inspection and repair, allocate empty garages, set up Direct Debit arrangements and deal with debt management all in accordance with current procedures.
Applicants should have a good standard of education and have experience in a similar role. Excellent IT skills are required together with good communication and interpersonal skills.
